Returns Policy

From the date you receive your order you have 14 days to return unworn purchases. Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging or we will not be able to accept the item.
To initiate a return or exchange of an order that was delivered to a EU address, login to https://returns.reveni.io/gola-eu with your order number and email address and select the pair/pairs you wish to return for a refund or exchange and give a reason for return. Please note that a €4.00 fee will be deducted from your refund for using the returns service.

Depending on location some returns may experience longer transit times back to our warehouse.

Return of Faulty Item (EU)

If you wish to return a faulty item or an item that was sent to you incorrectly please email us at customerenquiries@gola.eu with your name, daytime telephone number and address of where the goods need to be collected from. You will also need to include your original order number and a brief explanation of the fault or incorrectly sent items.
Please note we can NOT reimburse any carriage costs you have incurred if you choose to return a faulty item to us at your own expense. Also, we cannot accept the return of online orders by hand or in any of our high street stores worldwide.
