Returns Policy

From the date you receive your order you have 14 days to return unworn purchases. Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging or we will not be able to accept the item.
To initiate a return or exchange of an order that was delivered to a EU address, login to https://returns.reveni.io/gola-eu with your order number and email address and select the pair/pairs you wish to return for a refund or exchange and give a reason for return. Please note that a €4.00 fee will be deducted from your refund for using the returns service and all delivery charges are non-refundable.
Depending on location some returns may experience longer transit times back to our warehouse.

Return of Faulty Item (EU)

If you wish to return a faulty item or an item that was sent to you incorrectly please email us at customerenquiries@gola.eu with your name, daytime telephone number and address of where the goods need to be collected from. You will also need to include your original order number and a brief explanation of the fault or incorrectly sent items.
For faulty return items, we will cover the return fee. Please note that we cannot accept the return of online orders by hand or in any of our high street stores worldwide.

Refunds

When a return request is generated through Reveni, eligible customers will receive instant refunds (with the €4.00 return fee deducted). For non-instant refunds, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded (with the €4.00 return fee deducted) on your original payment method within 10 business days. Your return amount can also be issued onto a Gift Card for Gola EU. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at customerenquiries@gola.eu. Shipping fee isn't refunded and €4.00 return fee will be deducted from refund.

Returns instructions:

1. Generate a return request through Reveni
2. Prepare the package with the items to be returned.
3. Attach the DPD return label to the outside of the package.
4. Drop it off at a DPD Pickup point or follow the indicated option.
5. Keep the receipt until the return process is completed.
